My name is April and I grew up always being active. I spent most of my days swimming and had the chance to live out my dreams and swim in college. I got into the fitness industry professionally because I learned and witnessed how exercise and physical activity can improve one's life. I have experience in personal training, group fitness, and swim instruction/coaching. In addition to my experience, I have a masters and bachelors degree in Kinesiology so I know what techniques do and do not work. Also through out my education, I learned a lot about motivation and how to help someone make exercise/physical activity not just a part of daily life, but a lifestyle.

The session will be tailored to what the clients goals are. If strength and flexibility are your goals then we will work on that. If switching up your workout routine every once in a awhile is what you want then I'll make it different and fun. Every program is specialized toward the client.
Client is a police officer. Wanted to gain some strength back so he could "keep up with the younger guys". He already runs but needed help in the weight room in order to gain strength. In four months of him training with me he has dropped 3% body fat.
