Found Antonio when I was desperately looking for motivation to exercise regularly, build strength, grow muscle, and simply learn how to properly train. He’s helped me get rid of the “dad bod” and build my physique into something that I am really proud of. Antonio also plays the best workout music while training and will even teach you Italian along the way!
I’ve worked with Antonio for 3-4 years now. I do 4-6 sessions a week depending on my schedule and availability. Although I have to say that we always meet up for regular sessions. We usually have an hour session but can do 30 minutes when I have a time crunch
Sessions with him generally includes combinations of legs, arms, back and core work with resistance bands, weights, or body weight. Stretching can be a part of a session too. Exactly what we do on each session varies and is decided based on what we do in previous sessions and on any particular need. We rarely do the same thing every time.
My goal is to be as healthy and able to function as well as I can for as long as I can.
I’m pushing 70 but don’t feel it. I’m making my goals. I had a hip replacement about 2 years ago and work with Antonio made me strong pre-surgery and afterwards in conjunction with the prescribed physical therapy I have a complete recovery.
I enjoy my workouts because of the variety of exercises. Also we workout a lot outdoors and I really like the fresh air. And Antonio is very personable and friendly and we find things to talk about and do some good natured teasing that makes the time pass quickly.
I would definitely recommend Antonio. He has a good background to draw on to help me meet my goals. He encourages and pushes me while being aware of my physical limits He gets me to the limits and just enough beyond them so I can lift more or stretch a little further as we go.
Antonio provides me with varied and challenging exercises. He has gently and safely pushed me forward in my program. It's fun to see what I can do. Antonio demonstrates what he wants me to do and is watchful over proper form, ensuring safety. He always has a good mix of exercises appropriate for my level and goal of working harder.
