Hi, my is Anthony. For starters I love to work out and I believe it does good for stress relief and the general effects the way you feel. I have been training for over 6 years, pretty much doing everything under the sun. I have been a trainer for over 2 years and had the opportunity to work as a TRX instructor and personal trainer at Club 14 Fitness in Amelia Island, FL.

The basics of exercise is what I like to start with. Form is the most important thing without the correct form injury is more likely to occur. I like to demonstrate as well as talk my clients through an exercise. Previous injury information is a must for me to know so that we can strengthen and overcome to increase mobility and give you the best results.
I had a client that I was training in Florida that has type 2 Diabetes and lost a considerable amount of weight. His goal was to get stronger. We started out and he could not perform some of the basic exercises like pushups and body weight squats. By our 5th session he was cranking out 3 to 4 sets of pushups. I also had a client that is also a friend of mine. She asked if I could train her for a show. She competed previously before and wanted to get more muscle. She didn't place in her competition but she definitely looked awesome on stage.
