I currently reside in Austin, TX where I work as a personal trainer and a pilot. My fitness certifications include National Council on Strength and Fitness (NCSF) Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Professional Fitness Trainers Association (PFTA) CPT, PFTA Sports Nutrition Specialist, and Dynamax Coach. My workout preferences are resistance training 6 days per week and cardio (consisting of mtn. biking, train running, or swimming) at least 3 days per week. I have been a Naval Aviator, a freight and airline pilot, and an instructor pilot. My BSc is from Florida State University and my MSc is from Mississippi State University (in Geological Sciences). My favorite activities are flying, SCUBA, mountain biking, skiing, baseball, hiking, and fitness (oh, and hiking with my dog)! I have competed in adventure races, baseball, road races, and mountain bike races. I have tried out for professional baseball franchises and played the game at the adult level for many years. I am open for almost any training client, though my primary clientele are 30-50 somethings looking to regain their former athletic selves and younger adults looking to enhance their fitness in order to improve their chances for professional athletics.
