I've been training since 1995, my first year of college. I'm a former college football player and track athlete. Currently I'm training in-home clients out of three of my approved apartment gyms in the North Dallas area, at their homes or apartments gyms, as well as early mornings at Fitness Connection and late night at, Youfit.
The session will consist of a warm-up, stretching, form and posture technical assistance, high intensity or low intensity exercises depending on the person. Every session is different and pace of exercises are as well. The goal is getting you to have fun as you get into the greatest shape of your life.
I've helped many clients lose weight and become more health conscious over my time, but changing their entire mentality on physical fitness is the biggest thing. One of my clients went from 395 lbs to 269 lbs in 14 months.

Anthony is by far the best trainer I have worked with. He knows what he is doing and is not afraid to push you but also aware of limitations. Currently Anthony is helping me train for my second bodybuilding competition in April.
