I can travel to the Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan or Queens for home based training and I also offer private studio training. I offer an honest PT service tailored towards the individual. I offer an honest PT service tailored towards the individual. I don't believe in the "one size fits all" theory to fitness. My sessions is a 5-10 minute warmup followed by 30-45 minutes of a workout and 5-10 minutes of cool down/stretching. I believe that fitness should be used as a form of stress relief and this is what I offer.
Justin was a great client that I worked with at crunch in Wall Street. He came to me after his last trainer unfortunately left for a private studio job and I was instantly impressed with how strong he was in the beginning both mentally and physically. He had a great foundation to work with to gain the muscle he needed. He worked with me for a year and when he started with me he weighed at 155-160 lbs and a year later he was around 180 lbs off solid muscle. I'm very proud of him and the confidence I was able to give him makes my job worth while.

Anthony is an excellent trainer. He does an exceptionally good job in motivating you to achieve your desired results. It has worked for me. He is patient and takes the time to demonstrate how exercises are to be properly done. I highly recommend him to people of all ages that wish to become physically fit.
My new found desire to work out is because of Anthony. His dedication to our twice weekly 6:30 am workouts is admirable. When I wasn’t getting the results I wanted, he tailored a program for me Where I am finally seeing some results. I definitely recommend Anthony to help you with your fitness goals.
