Hello! I have been a certified personal trainer just since this may after competing my master's degree in kinesiology. I have been professionally training clients for 3 months now and I absolutely love it! I specialize in weight loss, nutrition counseling, corrective exercise, weightlifting, muscle building, and functional exercise, but can do much more. I love working with both children and adults. I also specialize in exercise for stress, anxiety and depression reduction. I listed a couple of gyms that I can train at, but we can discuss a different location if needed!

A typical training session with me involves a warm up and a cool down with stretching. I base all workouts on the client's specific goals and limitations.
I typically have clients consistently losing 2-3 pounds a week. One of my current client has lost almost 12 pounds in a month just by eating more and exercise.
