Hi! My name is Anna and I'm a certified personal trainer specializing in strength-training and booty-building (that's a thing). I found my passion for fitness in college after being the quintessential girl who gained weight and didn't like what she saw in the mirror. I learned about strength training, picked up some weights, and never looked back. I want to guide others through the journey of becoming strong, healthy, and confident in all areas of their lives. Before I start working with a client, I spend time digging into the goals they want to set and the reasons behind wanting to achieve them. It's important to be in the right emotional and mental state before starting any sort of workout regiment. Afterwards, a typical session with me will involve strength training where I will explain each exercise we complete and make sure form is perfected to prevent injuries. You will be safely pushed to limits where you wouldn't normally go on your own!
