I'm a NASM certified fitness trainer in Thousand Oaks, CA specializing in senior, adult, and rehabilitation exercise. I am a nutrition expert, have published 6 best-selling cookbooks focused on healthy living, and have appeared across numerous media outlets on show including The Dr Oz Show.

I am passionate about personalizing each person's program to help her reach her goals. I'm a good listener, motivator, and will keep you accountable! Plus, I am able to help with food and nutrition.
