Hey! I'm glad that you are looking to take your fitness journey seriously and I'm more than happy to help you get closer to your goals! I graduates NYU School of Engineering with a chemical engineering degree realizing that my true passion and life calling was actually in the fitness industry. During my years as a student, I was also a volleyball athlete playing for a D3 school. My interest in a fitness career peaked when I was a senior, working with the strength and conditioning coach on rehabbing his Soccer players. I owe my coach a huge thank you because he also put me onto my current sport, powerlifting. I did my first competition in 2015 where I placed 6th out of 26 places and totaled 610lbs. Stepping off that platform, I was inspired to become as competitive as possible and hopefully compete on an IPF World's Stage in the future.

What to Expect

It all depends on the clients goals and preferred training method. However, a client can be expected to be pushed to limits they did not know they were capable of. A lot of times we give up a few reps to early because we are tired. But those last 3 reps are going to be crucial in every training program. A client can expect progression, if we aren't increasing volume, we aren't getting better. But most importantly, a client can expect motivation. I know its hard for some to get excited about a workout, but with routines that you see yourself getting better at, there is no way you won't be excited to get your next session in.

Working with a multitude of people, I have many success stories to share. But the ones that have stood out the most include: Sherry A (35 , Female)-- Started off at 158 lbs and 30% BF, she felt uncomfortable in her skin. She had the common movement patterns of someone who has a desk job and was unathletic. After working with her for 7 months, she dropped down to 138 lbs of a lean and strong physique. She was dead lifting 185 lbs when she started off struggling with 50 lb kettle bells and was squatting 135 lbs when the barbell alone was a workout. Most importantly she saw a transformation within herself. She quit the job that was unfulfilling to her and left her abusive boyfriend. This was a story that is the epitome of how fitness isn't just for the body, its for the mind and ego. We all deserve to not settle for less -- a body we aren't proud of or a job we aren't happy with. Chanice V. (30, Female) -- Starting at 235lbs, she had just gotten a stomach reduction surgery. She was at a point in her life where getting out of bed was a struggle. Upon working with her for 9 months, she went down to 180lbs and was able to deadlift 225lbs! She went from not being able to manage her bodyweight to basically picking it right up off the floor! Ageela S. (25, Female) -- Athletically built to start with, she was at 138lbs and 22% Body fat. Her main goal was to increase her main 3 lifts - squat bench and deadlift. She started at a squat of 185, a deadlift at 165, and a bench of 85. In just 2 months we were able to increase her squat to 200lbs, 195 deadlift, and a 95lb bench! She also decreased her Body fat to 19%
