My name is Angela and I’ve been a fitness enthusiast for over a decade. My professional background actually began in Counseling Psychology, a field I worked in for a few years. My passion for wellness was easily parlayed into personal training, where I have found my purpose in society – teaching people how to smartly take care of their bodies for the lifespan. Working out should never feel like death by a thousand arrows, it should meet you at your level, teaching you fundamentals first, so you’re confident with how you progress. My program starts with deep core training and building a stable base of support, and we methodically progress to help you get you the body you want. Getting to your ideal body can be made even easier by pairing your strength efforts with an individualized focus on your wellbeing. We’ll discuss specific strategies you can employ outside gym time that will bolster your fitness efforts. Everyone has an ideal path to health and wellness, let me help you understand what that may look like for you!

First, we'll always recap your week- wins, challenges, and look at other metrics such as sleep, nutrition, recreational time, focused time, etc. We will also discuss strategies for a strong week ahead. From there, we begin with joint mobility, followed by a session that is completely designed for *you*. During this time, I'll explain as much about training as I possibly can to impart as much of my training knowledge as I can. I'll check in with you afterwards to get your feedback to ensure that each session gets closer and closer to your ideal session. I will leave you with a small bit of "homework", and check in with you during the week to see how it's going. I share a lot of information with you because my goal is to create fitness enthusiasts that can support themselves for the lifespan.
