Hi, my name is Angela. I have a passion for fitness that started when I was an athlete on my high school's crew team, and grew when I discovered resistance training three years ago. Due to my love for working out and living a healthy life, I became certified as a NASM personal trainer. I specialize in fat reduction, adding muscle mass, and aesthetic training. My approach to fitness is to look at the client's lifestyle from a holistic perspective in order to find which training methods work best for my client and truly bring results. While I specialize in fat reduction and resistance training, I will work with my clients to identify and correct existing muscle imbalances so that they can be in the best shape possible. Sessions will include a warm up, stretching, resistance training, cardio, and core exercises.
I recently earned my NASM certification and am eager to begin. I can say that following my own training plan, I successfully lost 30 lbs.
