I was born on June 7, 1977 in Tulare, CA. I have lived in Tulare for 26 years. I graduated from Tulare Western High School in 1995, In high school I competed in basketball and baseball all four years. After high school I went on to play college baseball at College of the Sequoias in 1996-1997 we won our conference, and in 1997 went to the Junior College World Series. From College of the Sequoias I received an athletic scholarship to an NAIA division 1 college, The Master’s College in Santa Clarita, CA. In 2000 we made it to the NAIA World Series, the first time in the schools history. During my years of competitive athletics, I learned the importance of proper strength training, flexibility, and nutrition. After college I started working on my teaching credential and thought I was going to be a teacher and coach. I started personal training and realized my passion was in teaching and inspiring others to reach and achieve higher levels of health and fitness. I am passionate about helping people get in better shape, reach their fitness goals, and live a healthier lifestyle. For the past 15 years I have helped Visalia, Tulare, Exeter, and surrounding area residents lose weight, get fit, gain strength, and improve stamina.
