About Me

Hi, I'm Andrew and I specialize in weight loss and muscle gain, lower back and knee injury prevention and rehabilitation, sport specific strength and endurance and beginner and intermediate programs.

My philosophy is “Educate, Empower, and Enrich.”

With the right tools and support, I believe that everyone can perform at their best. Whether racing at an elite level, having the stamina to take on the challenges of everyday family life, preventing and fixing those familiar aches and pains from sitting in an office all day, or just surviving the holiday eating frenzy—I have a program that will fit your needs. We all want to look, feel, and live better. Through thoughtful assessment, we’ll work together to determine which training and nutrition programs work best to help you achieve your goals.

I believe it’s important to constantly challenge ourselves in order to grow. I recently discovered a passion for stand-up paddle boarding and obstacle course racing. Both activities continue to push me mentally and physically, in a positive way. Each time I compete helps me evolve in my own training to become better. I recently achieved trifecta status with Spartan racing by completing 3 races (sprint, super and beast). I’m looking forward to learning about YOUR passions and helping YOU become the best YOU can be.

What to Expect

My first session usually consists of and functional movement screen and a discussion of your goals and needs. I want you to be successful in your health and fitness needs so I make sure to take the time to understand what you are wanting. After that I work with you to give you the best training session possible using a variety or methods.
