HEY! What’s up everybody, my name’s Drew and this is my personal training page. A little background about me, I’ve been training in the gym for going on eight years now, I’ve played sports like wrestling, cross country & soccer. I come from a military family where fitness has always been a priority! I personally fell in love with the gym back when I first started and saw some results. And then fell in love with personal training when I saw the results the clients were getting and the happiness it brought to them and their lives!
A good warm-up and stretch out, then right into work. Sweating, lifting, running until you feel satisfied that you went as hard as you could go that session.
Had a client who is now a good friend of mine go from 300lbs to 205 in about a year. He has told me many times that if he hadn’t of lost weight he would have never gotten married to his wife now because of his lack of self confidence. He’s a completely different guy than he was before he started training with me.
