Hi, my name is Andrew. With 9 years as a Track athlete and 5 years as a personal trainer I am able to develop a program specific to each individuals needs according to their fitness level. I have successfully trained clients ranging from 16 to 60 years of age, so I am able to modify exercises as needed. My love for fitness comes from the long term impact that it has on my clients. I enjoy seeing my clients go back to school, get promotions at work, and reach personal goals, all because they have learned what they are capable of, and how much they can endure.
