About Me

Hi, my name is Andrew. I am former Division 1 baseball player and high school All-State player. When I was a freshman in college, I tore a ligament in my elbow which put me out of the game for a year. I learned about rehabilitation and fell in love with physical training and weight lifting. I have been training clients for a few years and really enjoy seeing them improve physically and in their sport. I also love training people not involved in sports and teaching them how to live healthy lives.

What to Expect

Sessions run about an hour. The workouts will start with a warm up each time and will be fast paced. I will be pushing you. You will see a difference and I will make sure you achieve your goals.
