About Me

Hi, my name is Andrew. I earned my college education in Kinesiology from Penn State. Both my experiences and education allow me to understand knowing not just the "how" but also the "why". Current client list includes a 12 year old baseball player, 2 ex-NFL players and a 76 year old grandmother. There is but one way to build muscle, and with that, I am able to apply my philosophy with great results no matter your gender, age, or condition.

What to Expect

Proper strength training is the best and most efficient way to produce not only muscular gains but also cardiovascular results. If you are looking for an hour of boot camp or CrossFit type insanity, only to look back 2 months later and see no difference (other than maybe an injury or exhaustion) then I am not the trainer for you. We will apply philosophy and science, and produce results.
