I have been a trainer for 10 years fitness is my passion and I truly enjoy seeing my clients make progress I use a variety of resistance training with my clients such as progressive calisthenics, resistance bands and weights each one of my clients is unique and has certain goals and my job is to develop a plan that will work for you and your goals one thing I tell my clients is consistency is key

One of my clients suffered from a bad shoulder and doctors told her she would need surgery She was also on prescription meds for depression as of now she's stronger than ever shoulder pain is gone and no longer takes her meds she's happier and healthier and that makes me happy
