Hi, my name is Andrew. I've been a personal trainer and fitness consultant since 2008. I have been passionate about fitness since my father suddenly passed away when I was 16 and realized I was living an inactive and unhealthy lifestyle. My goal is educate others about how to better their lives through fitness using scientifically researched and proven methods. I've worked with individuals from ages 5 - 81 and special populations including Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV), eating disorders, history of chemical dependence, high school/college/amateur/professional athletes, and individuals with disabilities.
