I first went to Andrea at age 49 to get in shape for my 50th birthday. I was very unfamiliar with gym equipment and she was excellent in teaching me equipment use and safety. I needed to work on form as well, and Andrea emphasizes performing exercises correctly for maximum effect.

What I like about working with Andrea is her attitude. She's friendly, energetic, and fun. This kind of personality is fantastic in a trainer as she made working out much more pleasurable. Andrea is also great at switching around routines and introducing new exercises to your training so you don't get bored. I actually looked forward to our sessions!
