Hi, my name is Andrea. Fitness has been in my life as long as I can remember! I'm an ex dual athlete, played basketball and volleyball, and have loved sports and the outdoors since I was a kid. I started training in the gym as soon as I was "allowed" at the local rec center at 14 years old. Since then I've never stopped! Training and lifting weights to increase my sports performance was my main goal until I graduated college, then I started to train for myself. I pushed myself to new limits and have found myself at new levels of strength now at 30-years-old and after 3 kids! I enjoy the feeling I have gained from being in control of my own health and fitness and eventually knew I needed to share this experience with others. This led me to personal training. Now the best feeling is being able to help others on their fitness journey!

I will focus on teaching you how to perform exercises to your best benefit to reach your goals. Strength based exercises, functional and performance training, and interval training for maximum burn.
High school athlete came to me to train in the off season in hopes of improving strength, speed, agility, so she could make the volleyball team the next year. The previous year she was cut from the team. The goal was to lose some weight and increase athletic ability. She was ecstatic when she made the team the following season and all her coaches noticed tremendous improvement.
