 
Hi, my name is Andre. Many of my clients like mobile training for their busy schedules or dislike of the gym setting. I have tons of equipment, set up and breakdown is about 5 minutes. I also change the workout very time so my clients never get bored and never hit plateaus.

I always say hello, ask how their day was- I am not a boot camp trainer nor are we training in the armed forces. Second I explain the agenda for our workout and we begin with out hesitation, I value my clients time. I do leave open time for conversation in-between sets when rest if needed.
400 lb weight loss client to 250 exchanging half a pound of fat for muscle lb for lb and over came the inability, of a slip shoulder, now overhead pressing 100 lbs. Complete opposite end fixing a clients 45 plus years of scoliosis in under a year( visibly).
