A typical training session will consist of mobility assessment, resistance training, cardio vascular assessment, learning about proper nutrition. Learning proper flexibility training, then proceeding onto warm ups cool down strength training, and most important enjoyment and fun. My philosophy is about your journey and guiding you to a healthier, happier life, as well as educating you in what your body needs.
I was always that fat boy in the group that always thought he was lifting properly, but then I learned the hard truth I wasn't really training properly my technique was out the window as well as my nutrition after going back to the drawing board, I came to a conclusion i needed to be better. I started studying for my personal training certificate started grabbing that knowledge and applying it to myself in my family . essentially i was my own first client . many days i wanted to give up but i proceeded on going further. when i first started training i was 215 lbs at a height of 5'7 over weight and unmotivated . now i am currently 158 lbs and i feel the best i have been ever . my family has lost a lot of weight and proceed to keeping a great connection with food and a healthier life style .
