Hi, my name is Ana. A National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer. My passion for fitness started in my parent's basement, where my brother coached me on weight training. A year later, that all had to stop due to health issues, and so I started my journey with bodyweight training and gym-free fitness. After two years of personal experience, success, and education, I chose to share my love for and knowledge of fitness with other women, and become a certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I am a HUGE believer that nutrition is the key to fat loss and optimal health. But, you can't quit cookies and ice cream for the rest of your life. In the process of getting certified as a nutritionist, I will create a nutrition plan tailored to your body type, health needs, and personal goals. I train women only, who do not want to use or do not have access to a gym or gym equipment. Using what you have in your own home, the great outdoors, and a few pieces of small equipment that I bring, I will help you lose fat, build muscle, and achieve that long and lean figure you've been craving.
National Academy of Sports Medicine
Each session will begin with a 5 minute Q&A, or follow-up from the previous week. Then we'll get right into the custom-designed 45-minute workout, a 5 minute stretch and 5 minute nutritional coaching and evaluation session. In addition, you'll get "homework" each week to support and continue the progress your body is making. I'll also check in with you via text or phone call 3 times a week to cheer you on and answer any questions you may have.

Ana helped me lose weight and get in shape in time for my wedding! Within the first 2 months I had noticed a difference: 2 inches off my waist and my legs were looking slimmer. Ana was fun, always on time, and never cancelled on me once during the 6 months I trained with her. The nutrition plan she gave me helped me overcome my sweet tooth, and taught me how to eat for my body's needs instead of my body's wants. She would even do the workouts with me, once I got my form down of course. Her texts and phone calls to check up on me throughout the week really helped, even though it couldn't have been very convenient for her.
