National Academy of Sports Medicine
Customized to the individual client's goals, sessions include 60 minutes of resistance training, usually in the form of one to two small circuits, targeting the major muscle groups. Warm up and cool down are included in that hour. The cool down will include assisted stretching, again customized to that client's needs. There will also be sessions that will include nutrition education and discussion, although some of that is also discussed through emails, outside of training sessions. Clients should know they can contact their trainer with questions or concerns by phone, email, or text, 24 hours a day.
Not only has exercise change their lives, but having learned better eating choices created a pathway clients' success. Some have left behind migraine medication, while others have dropped 4 pants sizes. Every client has benefited from personal training in major and in sometimes life changing ways.
