Amy is a fun, intelligent and down to earth trainer with a B.S. in Health Sciences, a Personal Training certification from ACE and a Holistic Health Coaching Certification from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Amy has always been fascinated with movement, anatomy and overall health and well being. She grew up playing sports and loved how athletics and fitness gave her a confidence that she now loves to share with others. She has a passion for helping others live healthy and happy lives, with a particular focus on preventative wellness. She focuses on functional strength and conditioning, mobility and flexibility to give her clients sustainable results they can be proud of and maintain. She works with clients to understand their goals and history with health and fitness in order to help her clients explore fitness routines that work best for them and that are enjoyable. From beginners to seasoned athletes, she loves challenging her clients to realize their potential to become healthier, stronger and more powerful than they thought possible. When she’s not coaching clients, Amy enjoys playing sports both recreationally and competitively and loves any and all types of games. She loves being out in nature, playing with her French bulldog and exploring So Cal as a new resident.

Client Success Story
Amy was my favorite personal trainer and group instructor at CTF in Chicago. She was very creative, I always felt like an athlete when I was in her classes. She knew the exact things I was looking for in my PT sessions and a lot of the exercises I was able to do at home with little to no equipment. She is always upbeat and fun to work with. I learned a lot about proper stretching from her mobility classes. I highly recommend her for personal training and group classes.
I loved taking classes with Amy. She always pushed me to work a little harder without making me feel like I wasn't good enough. I found myself PR'ing in her class more than once. Amy knows what she's doing. On top of that, she's always working on improving herself as well, which is super impressive and inspiring as one of her students. She really lives by what she teaches, and you'll see that if you decide to train with her.
"Amy always creates a safe space for us to push ourselves and test our limits. I hit THREE PRs today thanks to her encouragement!"
"Amy's class was tough, but awesome. She's very motivational and made me feel comfortable with asking questions about how to do some of the exercises!"
