I have been training for the past 6 years and I've learned many things along the way. I've gone through many hardships and injuries in order to transform my body and my life. I believe the same can be done for everyone. I first discovered fitness when I was 18 in high school. At the time, I was playing varsity baseball and was looking for a way to get stronger to hit home runs and what not. Next thing I knew, I had to quit the team to focus on my fitness and take it as far as I possible could. I was what you'd call a "hardgainer" and gaining muscle was the hardest thing I've ever had to do. At the time I was 130 lbs and addicted to smoking and drinking. So I decided to put the booze and cigarettes down and go tunnel vision on my bodybuilding journey. I committed 4 years to high volume training and a bulking diet that left people speechless. My transformation led me to 170 lbs and a life changed forever.

To do this, I use a lot of strange exercises that will set you up for success. Expect yourself to discover strength you never thought you had. Although it will be hard at first, you will find yourself looking forward to the challenge.
I have trained many people over the years. Friends, family and many strangers who've approached me in gyms. The thing I leave all my clients with once they transform, is the motivation to continue to improve and grow even without me. I teach them everything that I know and train them to the point where they motivate me to grow and improve. The success of a client is not just based on the transformation but for me to get my client to fall in love with fitness.
