About Me

Hi, my name is Amir. I have been training people for more than 10 years in numerous disciplines ranging from sports performance to weight loss. I also have experience with rehabilitative training/exercise and have worked with many clients who suffer from pain, post injury, and post surgery. I am very passionate about working with people and will find a way that works for every person to achieve their goals.

What to Expect

Training sessions vary for each client depending on their specific goal(s). Proper planning and consistency sets the path for goals to be achieved.

John lost over 90 pounds, which completely changed his life. He came to me with no training experience, was considered obese, and completely unmotivated, besides the little spark that he needed a change. Working alongside a nutritionist, the two of us created an engaging plan that kept John motivated and excited to train and lose weight. He reached his goal by the end of that year (In approximately 8 months time)! John's life changed dramatically. He went from almost 300 pounds to 200 pounds, was finally able to fit into "normal" clothes, but more importantly step outside his house and feel comfortable. Before the program began John was unable to walk for long periods of time, wear the clothes he wanted, and even had trouble getting on rides at his favorite theme parks. By the end of the program John dramatically improved his fitness but more importantly himself as a person (mentally, emotionally, and physically). What we surprised him with at the end was an annual Disneyland pass as he was now able to get on rides :)
