I have been a fitness trainer for over 5 years to include yoga and pilates instruction, personal fitness training, and tennis and cycling instruction. I LOVE to be outside and share my excitement for movement in nature. It is my pleasure to help all levels of fitness, whether that be to provide day-to-day motivation or build a plan to achieve a grand fitness goal. My goal is to empower clients to manage their own fitness and activity and learn that it all depends on you and your body. The beauty of fitness training is that its all dependent upon the individual. I am here to motivate, educate, and make fitness training exciting and something you will actually look forward to each week.
All my clients have successfully departed with knowledge of how to manage their own fitness. I have gotten folks on bicycles who never thought it possible and on the flip side I have helped high-level athletes understand the importance of rest and recovery.
