About Me

Hi, my name is Amber. I have always been an active person, but I really started getting into fitness after I severely broke my foot. After working a desk job in the corporate world for several years, I decided I wanted to pursue my personal training certification, and begin a career change. I've always loved helping people, and helping people with their fitness needs means the world to me. I have done everything from cycling to yoga to Pilates to TRX, and more. I tend to try out everything and get creative. I look forward to helping you meet your goals!
