Welcome to my page and thank you for taking some time to check me out. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you on reaching your goals. I have 7 years of professional fitness experience, and I am a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Certified Group Exercise class Instructor through The Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, as well as a Certified Yoga Instructor from the Sivanada Vedanta Academy and have an Associate's Degree in Management.

Since I was in elementary school, I have been involved with activities & sports like gymnastics, dance, softball, tennis, soccer, football, volleyball, track, yoga and pilates. I absolutely believe that balancing exercise & nutrition is essential to maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and establishing the confidence needed to overcome obstacles in life. I, personally, have incorporated strategies of healthy lifestyle changes to overcome my past struggles with being overweight, having anxiety and lower-back pain. From this, I find joy in inspiring others to live their best life and feel amazing. I am dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals, and improving your overall physical, mental, emotional health & wellness.
