About Me

I have been personal training for 10+ years and coaching gymnastics for 13+ years. I am passionate about building muscle and burning fat, by creating a strength training regimen that includes weight training and body weight training exercises. I will also include mobility and flexibility work to move better and be more functional for everyday activities. In conjunction, creating a nutrition plan, in which I will help customize for you, to achieve total body transformation.

What to Expect

Before our first session, a free fitness consultation will be scheduled. Then I can attain info and learn about you and your goals to customize each workout for you. Our sessions will always start with a warm-up, then resistance training, and end with some stretches and flexibility work. Also, I will ask about your nutrition and give guidance in that area as well.
