I have been personal training for 9+ years a coaching gymnastics for 12+ years. I am passionate about building muscle and burning fat, by creating a strength training regiment that includes weight training and body weight training exercises. What to Expect

Before our first session, a free fitness consultation should be scheduled, in which those can be done in person or over phone. Then I can attain info and learn about you and your goals to customize each workout for you. Our sessions will always start with a warm-up, then resistance training, and end with some stretches and flexibility work. Also I will ask about your nutrition and give guidance in that area as well.
