Hi, my name is Amanda. I began my training career in 2006 after realizing my passion for helping people. Since then, I have earned 4 certifications through NASM all in different specialties; sports performance, corrective exercise, knee injury prevention and certified personal trainer. I am currently in process of earning an additional certification and completing my bachelor of science in Kinesiology. I have successfully helps clients with a range of goals from weight loss, muscle gain, post rehab fitness, athletic performance, and improved nutrition to name a few.
National Academy of Sports Medicine
With any new client I begin with a series of body assessments to lay a good foundation for their fitness program. We then sit together and set goals both short term and long term. I think it's important to have short term goals to help create lifestyle change rather than one big leap. After the initial session, every other session is spent on the gym floor working out. I aim to pass on my education to you so that you may be empowered to continue your new lifestyle for years to come.
Simon Keith Las Vegas, Nv - I began training Simon in 2008. I quickly learned that Simon was particularly unique; he'd had a heart transplant at age 18 and was known as the 1st professional athlete to have had a transplant and continue as a pro. This did not deter me. I was motivated to help him get back to his athlete shape. I still train him to this day, and he has since written a book and tours the world telling his story amongst many other philanthropical efforts.
