About Me

I recently graduated from Rowan University with a degree in health and exercise science. I graduated with a focus in health promotion and fitness management. I have been a trainer since I was 18. I have worked with many different populations from special needs clients to seniors and everyone in between. I am very confident in helping people achieve their goals. I make sure that I keep my client's goals in mind while creating their specific program. What to Expect

The first session is an assessment to get a professional understanding of where the client is and what their strengths and weaknesses are. Then the regular sessions follow this pattern warm-up, a planned exercise program, a cool-down followed by stretching.

Client Success Story

I have an older female client around age 70 and she came to me with the goals of getting stronger and seeing some muscle. I have worked wit her for a few months and she went from not being able to do a push up against the wall while standing to doing seven push-ups in a row on the ground . She also has started lifting with me and comes to each session pumped up and excited about what she is going to accomplish during that time.
