Hello, I am a Philadelphia-based trainer; specializing in building lean muscles. I focus on the muscular endurance system of the body creating the "toned" look so desired by fitness enthusiasts. At Temple University, I studied weight training and aerobic circuit training in the exercise science program. I teach yoga and much more. I have done intense exercise like thai boxing and extreme race training for events such as the Tough Mudder with clients, but also more mild exercise for weight loss and I have had much success with female clients.

My sessions are one hour. You can expect heavy muscular endurance training. It's a fusion of pilates and crossfit.
My first client ran half marathons. She told me it took two hours to do a workout. I cut that time down to 25 minutes. She now has time for other activities in her schedule.
