Hi, my name is Amanda. I am a mom of three children. I had all three children via Csection within 4 years. I am a part time group fitness instructor. I earned my NCCA ACE GFI in 2018. I obtained my CPT certificate in 2016 through NCCA. I also have an Advanced Nutrition Certificate and am a Home Fitness Training Specialist. I am first aid/CPR/AED certified as well. I am also TRX qualified. In 2023, I earned my ACE health coach certification. I look forward to helping you meet your fitness goals. When I am not training, I enjoy reading, serving in children's ministry, and spending time with my kids and husband. I love to help kids with reading struggles by serving as a reading advocate in my community. Before getting into fitness, I taught Kindergarten in the public school system for almost a decade. Having my children and taking time to focus on my own health and fitness helped me see that a career change was necessary for the well being of my family...and myself.

A typical training session will review the time between sessions and review any struggles and successes. After going over that, we will begin the workout. In addition to the workout, we will have a conversation and have some time to go over different skills to practice during the time we are not in session together.
I am my biggest success story. Training helps me to stay accountable and live a healthy life for my family. I never knew how poor my nutrition and body image was until I cleaned up my eating and started training myself. It is amazing how you feel afterwards. I have been coaching many people on beginning their fitness journeys and have seen successes including pounds lost, inches dropped, and people just feeling better overall. To see how they beam when they realize that they can do hard things is the most rewarding part of training and helping others in their journey.
