About Me

I’ve been a physical therapist for about 3 years. I did traveling physical therapist so I worked at many different locations including outpatient orthopedics, neurological and vestibular clinics as well as home health geriatrics. Last year I completed my personal training certification. I have been training a clients on the side for years on top of my full time therapy job.

What to Expect

I can provide strictly personal training services but I’m also able to assist with any injuries or functional impairment due to my physical therapy background. I can provide training sessions for a wide variety of skill levels.

My most recent client was a 28 year old female. We trained twice a week for 6 months and she went from 165 lbs to 132 lbs. She also gained a lot of lean muscle in the process
