Born and raised in the Midwest, I've lived in Dallas for six years and started chasing my true passion, physical fitness. A graduate of Michigan State University with a BS in Kinesiology Specialization in Health Promotion, I am confident I have the knowledge and skills to help you achieve the results you want. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and NASM Fitness Nutrition Specialist and have been working as a full time Personal Trainer for the past 5 years.
In addition, I employ another trainer to service sessions as business grows. Kortni holds a Bachelors in Kinesiology, CHEK Institutue, BASI Pilates, and is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. A fantastic addition to the team, Kortni is a focused teacher and highly knowledgeable in improving mobility, addressing muscular imbalances, and increasing ability to perform functional movements.

What to Expect
Our session will be spent learning the exercise basics; form, posture, tempo, rest. We will also touch on nutrition and why the two (exercise and nutrition) must go hand-in-hand to achieve true success. I believe in teaching my clients the WHY behind everything we do because people work harder when they truly understand the benefits of each exercise. I place a huge emphasis on core strength and addressing proper form. You'll find a lot of supersets in my workouts to increase Muscular Endurance as well as induce fatigue. Add a 30 second cardio move between each set and you won't have an excuse not to get the results you want.
