About Me

Hello, my name is Alvin. As the 2011 NPA New York State overall men's masters bodybuilding champion and having taken physical therapy courses recently as well, I am also a nationally-certified independent Personal Trainer and the author of 2010's "Natural Strength Training Secrets for a Superior Physique" available at Amazon.com. I am a NYS certified elementary and ESL teacher with 10 years of full and part-time experience, total motion release level one-certified, senior fitness specialist-certified by the American Council on Exercise. I am also a functional movement systems-certified in corrective exercise screening and performance, and a corrective exercise specialist certified by NASM. I am a lifelong natural-for-life athlete with a wealth of knowledge and experience and passion for improving the fitness and qualities of life of trainees and ordinary people everywhere who seek my assistance.

"Mr. Chu's exercises were strenuous at times but they were worth putting into practice. Considering my shoulder injury, it had not healed since my accident in the pool and I had though time would have healed it but unfortunately, it didn't. So I got in contact with my good friend and he gave me some really productive exercises to utilize into my daily routine. The routine included stretching my arms in various positions to tweak the injured shoulder as well as stretching my left leg with it. After a few days, I started seeing the results for myself.
