Hi I'm Allison! I'm a certified Personal Trainer, Holistic Nutritionist and a Functional Medicine Health Coach. My goal is to help you build new health habits, through nutrition and lifestyle modification, so you can reach your goals and maintain optimal health! I help my clients learn how to reach their ideal body weight & composition, improve their eating, manage their stress and have more energy. I coach my clients with a holistic, comprehensive approach to their health. Health is about the balance & optimal well being of one's physical, mental, spiritual and emotional well-being. It is about bringing all the aspects of health together to achieve a balanced life from the inside out! I help my clients with all of these aspects; fitness programming, nutrition guidelines, supplements, stress management techniques, behavior modification and more. I truly care about my clients and do my absolute best to provide the best service, education and support. My goal is for all of my clients to achieve all of their goals and live a healthy, happy life! I train clients online and in person (1:1) in a private fitness facility (Ohio Sports & Fitness) in Willoughby. I coach clients through Skype, phone and email for both training and nutrition programs.

Personal Training Sessions are 55 minutes long. The individual exercises are based on the client's needs, background and goals. The session is balanced between cardiovascular warmup, mobility and flexibility exercises, strength and resistance training, and a cool down with stretching.
