About Me

My name is Allie Abbatiello and I am a fitness trainer from Eastchester, NY. I played sports my entire life. I played D-1 Baseball and was captain of my college team. I have been training since I was in high school. I was certified as Personal Trainer right after college. I have been training clients for over 12 years. I have trained all types of clients and have helped them reach their goals. Doesn’t matter if your young, old, experienced, non-experienced we can all use help and extra motivation. I have helped clients lose weight/fat, gain muscle, feel healthier, educate on training, prepare athletes for their upcoming seasons.

I always had a passion for training. Whether it was for sports or fitness. I love putting in the hard work and seeing results. I also enjoy seeing my clients transform both physically and mentally. They accomplish things they never imagined possible. Which carries over to their everyday life. Resulting in them feeling accomplished and confident. This is the force that pushes them to continue on their fitness journey. I’ve trained my clients using many different styles of training. Using different methods of training has benefited my clients immensely. One of the most important things to know as a Trainer is to understand that everyone is different. Each individual responds differently to certain exercises, programs and foods. It’s important for me as a trainer to know my clients, which enables me to design a program and/or diet that works for them. There is no cookie cutter exercise or diet that will work for everyone. Everything I do is tailored to the individual.

What to Expect

Our first training session would be an assessment so I can get to know you better. After the initial session, a typical session will start with a warm up/stretching. Followed by a training program that I designed strictly for you. I will help motivate and educate you. When you need help I will be there to spot you.
