I have been an active person my entire life. A former athlete I started with gymnastics as a toddler, then soccer to water polo in high school and rugby in college. I have been keeping up with rugby off and on for the past twelve years now. I started training myself out of the realization that I wanted to be stronger and improve not being not my physical fitness but mental fitness as well. This changed my life and I am a firm believer in functional, applicable movement in everyday life because really, most of us are not athletes but that does not mean you can look and feel like one

To work hard and to make changes that they may not like. But there is always a method to the madness. I can train you in a gym or not it is entirely up to the client. I cover the entire Northern VA area.
I had a Pakistani lady come in and train with me for a year. She knew absolutely nothing about the gym or fitness world. She had only been in the country for five years. She lost 30 lbs in three months and we went shopping together for her first sports bra. After her initial weight loss we began to build her strength since she had two you boys and ached when she carried them. After her contract was up she felt confident enough to come into the gym without my assistance and work on her own. We are still very good friends to this day
