Hi, my name is Alison. I am a mother of three handsome boys and extremely proud of my own personal fitness accomplishments. I look better than I did before having children, I feel better, and I have accomplished more physical goals than when I was a teenager. Physical fitness has always been a true passion of mine. Through trial and error I have learned many tips and tricks to help keep others on track. Motivating, mentoring, and educating others is something I take great pride in to show the non-believers that you truly can achieve your fitness goals!

Prior to our first session, I would request that a few forms be filled out so I can get an overall understanding of what your goals are. This is also convenient and will save time before the first session. During our first session I will conduct a few short assessments to get an overall understanding of your physical capabilities. We will then notate your results and set a timeline according to your personal fitness goals.
I have been able to help many diabetics control their blood sugar, which is extremely common now. I have also managed to reduce cholesterol and blood pressure in many of my clients. Outside of internal health, I am great with helping guys pack on muscle and/or tone. I'd say the highest weight loss success story would be myself, loosing 55 lbs. and able to keep it off!
