Hey there, I'm Alexis. I have been a trainer for about two years and fitness advocate for the last 10 years. I started my early childhood like a lot of people do: overweight, insecure and lost. I was always active with friends but couldn't figure out why I was a different size. I started working out as a preteen for sports and ever since then I've been hooked. My philosophy has always been "practice how you play" and that is what I do with exercise. It's not just about losing those tough pounds but moving and feeling better throughout the day. My life aspiration is to connect people of all ages with the benefits of exercise so that they can truly be happy.

A client can expect a typical warm series of stretches to warm up the body. I focus on the legs initially and then rotate to core and other parts of the body. Every exercise you will allow you to become friends with your core and work on posture. We also work on breathing and mind over matter for the best and relaxed form.
