Welcome to the rest of your life! :) My name is Alexia, and over the past year, fitness has become a huge part of my life. I grew up with a very extravagant sports background. I was a gymnast for 15+ years, played softball and ran track in high school, and was even a cheerleader at the University of Missouri-Columbia. While it sounds like my body was made to be in shape, I fell off as soon as I hit college, as most of us do. For years I struggled and thought that something was wrong with me. I was unable to lose weight, and I was extremely unhappy. Eventually, It took going through a very bad break up to get me back in the gym, and that's when my life changed. I learned that fitness is more than just a physical activity and made the decision to become NASM certified and help others through the mental, spiritual, and behavioral journey to overcome. While it is not an easy road, it is extremely rewarding to feel free in the mind, body, and soul. I look forward to being your friend, pushing you to your limits, and achieving desired results together.
