Call me Alex. I'm a 37-year old freelance artist who has been seriously exercising for 10+ years now. I'm an amputee, and in my teens and early 20s, I was seriously out of shape, but I pushed myself to lose fat, gain muscle, and grow at the gym to be as good as I can. I still have a ways to go on my goals, but my experience can help you achieve yours.
Typically, we'll work on 6-8 different exercises, focusing on progressive numbers over 3-6 sets. Depending on your goals, some of those exercises will be combination or isolation exercises, or even supersets. If cardio endurance and weight loss is your goal, we'll end with a bike/treadmill/etc.
