With 5 years of U.S. Army training in physical readiness and over 7 years of experience in nutrition, staying fit is as necessary as brushing my teeth in the morning. During my first year in the military, I had no idea how to lead a group exercise, but I overcame that fear of being the shot-caller. My second year in the military, I was promoted to Sergeant and was able to take charge of an entire team of highly-motivated individuals. This is where my physical readiness training was being used not only to help me get into better shape but for the soldiers I was leading as well. I'm an artist at heart and a very good listener so I love interacting with people. I want everyone to feel comfortable around me as a trainer because I am here to help.
