For in home training, expect a light warm up which gives us time to go over how your nutrition has been going, and any special considerations for the session ahead. Depending on your fitness level, we'll use a combination of body weight training, kettlebells, core training, and mobility work for our in-session workout, followed by a quick discussion of any additional training you might be trying to tackle on your own that week. The more you'd like to do on your own outside of sessions, the more time we'll spend going over your plan for the week building motivation and troubleshooting any potential roadblocks. Working out 3-4 days a week is most effective, so whether I get to work with you that often or not, we make sure you have the tools to get the results you want.
