My name is Alex and I am a personal trainer in the Southern MA area! I train clients in home and online!

I am very flexible in terms of scheduling based on individual goals, and I am also a wellness coach and nutrition specialist to create a well rounded program for my clients!

What to Expect

Training sessions are designed specifically for the client based on goals. Sessions my include bodyweight exercises, weighted exercises, resistance bands, cardio, etc.
